Shipping

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in San Jose, California. Your order is discreetly shipped via UPS, Fedex or USPS. For international orders please call (408) 277-0251

Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be sent to you via email.

Most orders placed on our site before 2:00pm California time Monday through Friday, usually ship out the same business day, regardless of the shipment method chosen. Most orders placed on the weekend or during holidays usually ship out the next business day.  Most orders arrive within 2-4 business days depending on the shipment method selected. If an item is temporarily out of stock, and cannot be shipped within 2-4 business days you will be notified. A physical street address is required for all shipments. WE CANNOT SHIP TO A P.O. BOX.

Please make sure that all shipping information is correct. If address does not match or package is undeliverable and the packages are returned to Dab Society L.L.C/ Dabsocietyglass, a $10.00 fee per box may be applied to your credit card. If you would like the package to be re-sent, there will be an additional shipping charge.

Please notify us within 3 days if an error is found in shipment.
